Wolfe Textiles uses Thies iMaster, Ecosoft and Ecosoft Plus machines for our piece dyeing. These machines are extremely efficient in terms of energy and water consumption. Three-chambered Braun garment dye machines allow gentle processing for garments. All machines are controlled by a computer host system for better shade repeatability.

• Sample jet dyeing machines (30 to 110 pounds) to simulate larger production runs.
  
• Production lots up to 1280 pounds. 
• Specialty finishes – antimicrobial, stain/soil release, moisture management, and durable water repellency.

Garment Dyeing    

• Sample garment-dyeing machines: 5 to 10 pounds.
  
• Braun garment dye machines: 150 to 350 pounds.
  
• Direct and reactive dyeing for cellulosic blends.
